Works perfectly. The circulator is kind of noisy when left on a surface prone to pick up vibrations. Adding a soft pad to insulate the vibrations under the bowl or pot used for the sous vide bath works perfectly to stop the noise.
Checked the water temp with an expensive calibrated meat thermometer and can confirm this device is accurate ±0.2 degrees celsius! Very good! !
